323 put a car on the ground just south of MP 82 near Middlesex on 4/10, track was reopened within a few hours. No idea why Amtrak isn't running.

The Mountain Division doesn't go north of Fabyan... nor is the proposed trail anywhere near MP 88.3. They'd have to rebuild the tracks through Coleman Pit, which as noted above, is unlikely... add in the fact there's hardly anything "scenic" about that stretch.
