That event is at InfoAge, the old Fort Monmouth Camp Evans area. Closest station is Belmar. Very famous historic site, first radio signals bounced off the moon from there among many other notable achievements like RADAR!

I believe that happened in Red Bank, not Middletown. And, to be technically correct, which is important, the commuter service was "operated by Conrail under contract with the Department of Transportation State of New Jersey" and "operated by Conrail under contract for NJ Transit"...

Go to Thread # 1439517 in the NJ Transit rail and light rail operations forum, Atlantic City Line thread. That bridge strike in 2017 was far worse and the line was back in service 5 days later.
