Thanks to Branchline Geep Productions, here's a video of OT/1 heading to Bucksport to pull a huge (94) cut of cars from the mill yard. Only in Maine do you get to see a crew change being done on a local run. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C-EiOPIQgcY
Thank's to Branchline Geep Productions, here's a few clips of the movements taking place. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTGguk ... D8g/videos
In this video below, thanks to "Isaiahs Trains", it appears that Poland Spring may have broken their lease with Eimskip. Note the 2nd half of this 104 car train has 59 mongrel unmarked containers on a PO/AY. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8WwY5V0Y5w" onclick="window.open(this.h...
Interesting video by Dan Comick showing an Amtrak "extra" on the Brunswick branch with MBTA mow cars. Not sure if the tanker is propane or diesel fuel. I don't see any markings but it looks like at one time it was used as a ethanol car. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3HBNZrearFU" onc...
Couple of varied comments: I've read on the Pan Am Railfans Facebook page that some non-Eimskip containers have have been eyeballed going from Ayer to Mattawamkeag and presumably onto Saint John. Is it possible that NS/PAS is testing the Saint John/Maritimes to/from the midwest market? The odd-ball...
Do we know that these Eimskip containers on Q403 are hauling Poland Springs water or could they be hauling something else like Icelandic fish? The main purpose of Emskip coming to the port of Portland is to have quick access to the Eastern market distribution areas. One of their biggest customers i...
Thanks to Sixteen Ave Productions, [Austin] for this video of SEPO shot on 5/12. Very interesting to know where the last 99 well cars are headed. Any thought's?

Here are several photo's of the new bridge. It showing the lift deck severs as both road and rail use. Note the vehicle crossing gates on both sides of the lift. When a train is approaching, the the lift is lowered to the lower position for rail traffic. photo's: https://search.aol.com/aol/image?q=...

The two CMA/CGM containers from NBSR east on Pan Am's EDPO. Thanks to Eli Almonte for the good catch.

What is unreal about moving a couple cars? That is what railroads do. It's going to take years, and track improvements to get the Keag traffic back where it was. I didn't think they would have traffic already from the new steamship line in Saint John. Could it be possible that this container may ha...
Does Pan Am have any active customers besides propane at the branch that comes off Deering Junction? Not sure what it's called. I think Blue Linx, formally Georgia Pacific Co. on Warren ave. is still receiving carloads of plywood. Here's the location; https://www.google.com/maps/@43.6859367,-70.318...
