According to the first article on this page, "the band is celebrated far and wide"!

As a follow-up to my previous post, I'm having second thoughts. Further research has uncovered an article that states that Gregory Place is "only a block away from the factory." If accurate, this would place it well north of the tracks on Raynor.
This article places Philbrick "only a few hundred yards away" from the Riverhead Water District which is also shown on the 1957 map, so I suspect the LI Potato Warehouse may be it. https://nyshistoricnewspapers.org/lccn/sn86071739/1959-03-12/ed-1/seq-7/#date1=01%2F01%2F1959&index=0&...

Would this be the wreck in question?

Willis Ave. crossing looking north
Might it have been near Honeywell St., which crosses over Sunnyside Yard (and intersects Skillman)?
Roslyn Rd. from 2004. Definitely 4 lanes.
If the dates on this page are accurate, it occurred some time between 8/2/97 and 3/14/98.

Yes, except the cross street is Quentin Roosevelt Blvd.
It was located at #39 on this map from your site.
