If I were hired in the mechanical dept, is there an amount of time I have to wait to bid for T&E positions?

Up for an interview for Allentown yd. I'm pretty sure they adhere to the national agreement for vacation but what about prior service and pay? I'm also concerned about the non-guaranteed extra list. Anyone know how things are working out of Allentown, PA?
