Yesterday morning, Friday, 6th, at 5:00a. the train crossed over the mainline of the L.I.R.R. to Fremont with 2 or possibly 3 engines pulling, hard to tell in the murk and 2 engines pushing from the rear. At. 7:35p. the train again crossed over the L.I.R.R. northbound to Oak Point with 2 engines pus...

At 6:40p. noticed the train over the mainline of the L.I.R.R. reversing back towards Fremont. At 6:50p. saw it was again crossing over the L.I.R.R. and northbound to Oak Point.

At 6:35p. noticed the train, with 4 engines, over the mainline of the L.I.R.R. reversing back towards Fremont. At 6:40p. it again crossed over the L.I.R.R. heading north towards
Oak Point.

At 6:55p. the train, with 4 engines, crossed over the mainline of the L.I.R.R. and stopped. At 7:00p. it reversed back towards Fremont. About 7:10p. it again crossed over the L.I.R.R. and continued on towards Oak Point. A lot of covered hoppers in the shorter than usual consist.

This morning, at 1:15a., the train crossed over the mainline of the L.I.R.R. southbound to Fremont. This evening at 7:30p. it crossed over again headed to Oak Point, where it stopped and at 7:35p. it reversed back to Fremont.

At 2:15a. this morning the train crossed over the mainline of the L.I.R.R. southbound to Fremont.

Last night at 9:05p. the train northbound, with 4 engines, crossed over the mainline of the L.I.R.R. and stopped midtrain. At 9:15p. it reversed and headed back towards Fremont.

At 8:05p. the train, with 4 engines, crossed over the mainline of the L.I.R.R. northbound .

Yesterday evening at 7:40p. the engines crossed over the mainline of the L.I.R.R., light, to Fremont.

At approximately 2:45a. this morning the train, 4 engines and cars, crossed over the main line of the L.I.R.R. southbound to Fremont. At 8:00p. this evening it returned northbound and stopped briefly. It made a reverse move, and stopped with the engines sitting directly above the L.I.R.R. main line ...

On most mornings an early equipment move passes through Southold east bound around 4:45a. Yesterday morning the equipment move was followed several minutes later by another movement either that or my hearing was fooled by the "doppler effect".

Anybody know if two sets of equipment were dispatched from Ronkonkoma eastbound for Greenport early this morning?
