Carl Loucks died in January 12, 2020 at home in Hampden, CT. A few users of this forum will recall that for many years Carl was one of the largest dealers of railroad timetables in the U.S. His ads in Trains magazine ran with the simple headline "Carl Loucks... Selling Railroad Timetables"...

For some reason MassDOT has yet to post online a copy of the presentation deck that was used at the last Advisory Committee meeting on 2/6/2020 and the Public Meeting on 2/12/2020. Not totally clear what is going on here. Note that the cars with the containers are on a siding not the PVRR-PAS interchange track.
