Hi all, Just made a short video of photos of the LIRR's Alcos 222-229. Featured the different number boards and numbers on the side of the locomotives from that period. That was just my basic idea for this. Have so many photos that I just wanted to have some fun. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tXN8...

I am slowly putting up my collection starting from 1986, when I purchased my first VHS video camera.
I just upload this a few days ago. I took this back in 1986, almost 34 years ago. Seems like yesterday.

I took a lot of photos back in the 80's but never photographed C-52 or C-59. Possible early scraping due to accident or other major problem. Yard duty only?
Here's part 2 of the 1986 Project 39 trip to Greenport. Slides didn't come out to good due to all the dark skies and rain. From the slides it seems that they made a stop eastbound at Ronkonkoma. I added some photos from that era to make the slideshow a little longer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=...
I didn't want to post all my photos of the trip so I made a short Youtube video of the event. I also just found another 8 slides I took on the trip and will make another slideshow after I scan the slides.

I have some photos of the trip. I was on it. No video. I bought my first video camera about a month after that trip. It was a rainy day. I will post some photos.
