Is there still a hotel adjacent to Green Line Riverside terminal? I over-nighted there a number of times in the 1980's, combining rail fanning and Boston errands. Ditto for that motel close to Red Line Braintree. Great times!

Because they're actually running to Blandford Street to turn at the pocket track there, I would guess. That would have been a B with a red slash through it, for Blandford as you say. Very interesting photo (credited to the MBTA) of a type 9 pilot car at the CAF facility in Elmira, New York. It's on the bottom of page 10 of the January/February2018 Rollsign from the BSRA. Worth a look if you have access.

207 was a Delaware Car outsource. How can it be that it's taken 9 whole months to get only 4 of 10 cars back from DC that only needed their 4-year inspections updated??? Mass Coastal got the same job on their 3 assigned cars done within a couple weeks. Some of the K-cars have been out and back from...
