Hackettstown is busier than most know. There are a lot of "drop off's" so don't let the cars in the parking lot fool you. Plus when College is in session, that adds to the ridership.

Kent is the area where Builders First Source, (old Warren Lumber) is located off Sawmill St. and the bridge I am referring to is the one over the Lopatcong Creek. Pumpers is correct in his description.

I have been told the Bel Del was raised five feet after the 55 flood from Diane. One of the places where this is evident is in the area of Kent. You can see two levels by the bridge and the difference is about five feet.
I do know that several years ago the river came within three feet of the tracks.

Sounds like some of the "residents" are the problem! If you are not guilty, then you have nothing to complain about! The Police should be seriously talking to those who "complained".

Just saw the H-65 going through P'Burg and it had two NJT cars on the tail end. I think they were control cars. They should be on the next H-02. They were NJTR 1372 and 1373.

Earlier this week, just after lunch I made the run from P-burg to Woodbridge, using 78 to 287 to 9. 58 miles and it took me one hour. Coming back taking the same routing in reverse, it took me an hour and forty five minutes and a whole lot of "aggravation". All because of one accident. Whi...
