Montgomery Line is also a good choice because service from 69th goes to Norristown (or eventually) King of Prussia. I would call it Montco Lines - if only to pair it up with my preferred "Delco Lines" - which go to Delaware County, not Delaware State as "Delaware Lines" implies....

I have... questions: ... 2. If the airport line stations and bridge over I95 were done when the airport was redone in the 70's, why did it take so long for the line to go into service? ... 2. Why not Cooks and Waiters, and maybe a Steward to be in charge of the crew?
But first, the law requiring food & beverage self-sufficiency must be changed; the accountants can parse the costs to everyone's confusion.

The connection at Keating for the NYC to go north on the PRR was an essential part of the Penn Central merger and dates to that event. As to Williamsport, at least in 1967, the Buffalo Day Express headed around the connection at Linden to Newberry tower where it wyed and backed the last mile or so i...

I wish this all-reserved folly on regular Northeast Corridor trains would just go away.
It's such a waste of everybody's time for the sake of squeezing the last dime out of last-minute travellers.

I think a reopened Roelofs (with parking) would do great business, especially in the glaring geographical absence of the Newtown branch or any stations between Levittown and Trenton. Noticing a dotted line on a map, I thought it would be worth resurrecting this old topic. G. Wm. Baist's Map Showing the Development of the City and Suburbs of Philadelphia, 1897 can be viewed on http://www.philageohistory.org It shows that the Philadelphia & Reading still owned much of the prop...

Been on both sides of that table; sometimes as the loner and sometimes in a pair or a group of three.
