First, it's spelled Croxton, and besides intermodal they had a Flex-Flo terminal and storage of cars for some local customers.

Croxton was intermodal as early as 1972, when EL would run the UPS piggyback between Croxton and Chicago.
Since my friend continues to chain smoke nonstop, she is probably an Alco.
