TC-10 was a test car of some sorts. I think it was a full-sized passenger car that people could take their tests in, for example, on how to work on a specific engine. I have some EMD manuals in my collection that are stamped from this car. Thanks.

That car is at Whippany Railroad Museum in New Jersey; it was one of the exhibit cars on the 1951 Erie Centennial Train, and was later an Instruction Car. Started life as a coach.

Thanks. Too bad it's not on their website so I can see it.

ERIE/E-L #10 Safety Training Car has been residing for several years now in Madison on the siding near the Samson Ave. bridge. It's in the care of a Tri-State member and can only be accessed via his private property.
