BHWX arrived this am at Narrowsburg with 10 rail cars full of new ties and started unloading them from MP-128 and East.
More cars at BQ.

cant beleive nobody knew of this on RR.net. Q-004 came down from Syracuse and over the susie-Q to Little Ferry and caused havoc all over the place

Do you happen to know if this work might increase the speed to 40mph over that section of the line? Sounds like some big time trackwork is headed that way.
