I just saw two cars of what appeared to be windmill hubs eastbound at Painesville, Ohio, 3:30 AM, on Q362-02. There was apparently some confusion in the manifest, dispatcher initially thought they were to be part of a 7-car set-out at Dunkirk, but finally determined the set-out to be 5 cars, and the 2 high-wides would go to Buffalo. I think I heard the ultimate destination for the high-wides to be somewhere in Quebec.
