Matapedia to Gaspe

Who owns the tracks between Matapedia and Gaspe? In addition to VIA is there a freight opearator as well and if so what kind of volume do they have? Tried to find this out on my own but couldn't find anything. Thanks.

This railway is owned by local communities along the line as la Société du chemin de fer de la Gaspésie. There is very little freight traffic on the railway and, these days, nothing east of, I believe, New Richmond QC. It was owned and operated by the Quebec Railway Corporation until 2007 and by CN prior to 1996.
