I'm considering a position in the OMT program. I have interviewed twice and am currently awaiting a decision. I am trying to decide if an offer is made, whether I should accept it. The only posts I have found discussing OMT are several years old. Most of them are very candid and negatively reflect on the program and UP. Is this still the case with in the organization? Thank you in advance for any insight which can help me with my decision.
