By Donna SmithWhile it appears that no passengers were injured, an incident like this could raise liability insurance costs for other tourist railroads. Depending on the cause of the derailment, there could be "rules and regulations" regarding track, equipment, etc.

OAK RIDGE, Tenn. — An engine and caboose on the Secret City Excursion Train derailed Saturday afternoon. No one was aboard caboose and one of the train's engines, which were located at the end of the train, according to Oak Ridge Police Chief David Beams, and no one aboard the rest of the train's cars were injured.
