Hey whats going on, I'm a new member to the site.
I've had an interest in trains for the last past 2 years
I'm getting into observing BRC a lot (i stay in chicago)
I've been noticing a few cars that show up every so often at this small hopper spot.
I had found a tracker on BRC's website...but I can't seem to understand some of the data.
Would anyone please help clarify or explain how this works?....
here is some of the info on one train that I seen twice at this spot..

Trace results for car CHVX 898121
Last received from BNSF with train MGALBRC 28 on 01/29/10 at 16:25
Car PLACED at Industry 02/05/10 at 22:00
Scheduled to depart with train 0359 01 on 02/01/10 at 12:00

I usually spot it when it reaches "industry"
I dont know when they leave due to the screwed up info given
notice how the PLACED time is after the DEPARTURE time. Is there any way to actually know when it will depart?

I think I read on these forums that MGALBRC is a route to Galesburg, IL?...
I'm not really familiar with that terminology.
thanks

Yes, MGALBRC is a manifest freight from Galesburg via the BNSF Mendota Sub.
