There will be a MARC schedule change effective Jan 19:

However, under Brunswick Line, it says 875 and 879 will run to Martinsburg only on S days. However, the new PDF schedule shows 879 running to Martinsburg daily like it does today. Which is correct?

You misread it. 879 runs daily to Martinsburg, but you'll notice on the .pdf that some stations are now "S" stations, that is they're only stopped at on "S" days.

Yep - it doesn't say that it only runs to M-burg on S days, but that it only makes all stops on S days.

Couple tweaks on the Penn line, but Odenton still gets screwed with both the 510 and 520 departures skipping Odenton, leaving us as the only station with a 50 minute gap between trains during the evening rush.

Right the only changes are that 875 and 879 will make extra stops at the stations with an "S" in the timetable on "S" schedule days. On the old schedule 875 would go all the way to Marinsburg on just the S schedule days. It was basically just an early 877 on "S" days since it used 877's 6 car trainset and crew and made the same stops, while the normal 877 was canceled for S days.
