What happened to the NY Cross Harbor Car Floar Company?

They say that there is a office in Senaca NY bu there stock has been delisted? Did they go under have there car ferry capsized? see below

The name of the operation is New York Regional Rail and they still float cars across the harbor as far as I know. They inherited the old New York Cross Harbor operation, which was a combination of the old New York Dock and BEDT operations.

NO New York Regional Rail no longer runs it. The NJNY Port Authrity runs it now. NYRR is belly up thats what the link is about

You're right, I forgot PA acquired the property in 2008... So did you answer your own question?
