How to Install a nyc route

i downloaded a subway route on trainsim.com and i need help installing it please help im using MSTS

Did you check the readme file that should of came with the route?

yes it horrible i cnt understand it

Open up the zip
Copy all of the files
Select extract
When it asks you where to extract to
Find the folder for your routes
Default is
C:\\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\Routes\XXX
XXX would be the name of the route that's in the readme.

is dat all how do you install the train itself and is the routes the activity's
