Especially when the railcars are taller than the person, which they tend to be. Like standing in a cornfield looking for a particular stalk of corn. Aw crumbs...

6907 Surfliner Coach/Cab/Baggage was mentioned. Not sure what it's in for. Just for someone to meet another person there.

Not many car numbers given today, they mentioned a Horizon and a partial number of "13"

Tonight is a big ship out night. So perhaps 2nd trick will give out more numbers as they assemble the shippers.

34051 Superliner Coach, Move from track 6 to Track 11

do they ship cars out of the grove with both the cardinal and the Hoosier state? or just the Hoosier state?
  by Alcochaser

Just the Hoosier State unless it's some high priority move, Like the viewliner diner, which came from DC on the Cardinal.

There have also been times they got wrecked cars via hospital train or via CSX freight interchange.

The Hoosier on Monday nights from Chicago normally doesn't have anything for Beech Grove and turns in Indy straight back on Tuesday morning, while on the other three nights the routine car and loco moves are made with the train going on the Beech Grove.

The road power loco, buffer car and revenue car(s) on a Sunday nights from Chicago has Beech Grove inward moves added as required and returns to Chicago on Wednesday mornings with any Beech Grove outward moves.
Likewise moves are made on Wednesday night's train returning on Friday mornings, and on Friday night's train returning on Sunday mornings.

Also note that the two revenue cars are dropped and picked up at Indianapolis Union Station for use on the rear of 50/51 between IND and CHI for overflow coach traffic between those points.

By far the largest ship out is usually Fri Morn. It's the last chance for them to do so until the next Wednesday.

As for the repeater, traffic on it builds thru the week to Thursday. Friday is usually light. Nothing goes on it during the weekends.

That is only because they have not said that on the radio, I only post what I can hear. They may or may not be fitting Superliner Coach rebuilds with outlets at every seat.
