I live near beacon park and the csx line to worcester. I was just wondering if anyone knew the schedule at beacon park either inbound or outbound. If anyone could tell me when trains arrive or leave for csx, that would be great.

For the most part the departues would be:

M-F:
Q115 on duty @ 630, usually put together and ready to depart by 715pm.
Q117 on duty @ 715, usually ready to depart around 800/815
Q167, runs most weeknights and departs lite engine, on duty @ 930pm, depart between 945 & 1030.
Q113, on duty at 1030p,m departs around 1115/1130 depending on how many cars or if it's lite engine to Worcester.
Q421 on duty at midnight, unless there is no power for the train in which case it usually goes to work around 800 the next morning. If it goes to work at midnight, usually doubled-up and departing around 100/130am.
Q119 on duty @ 100am, runs lite to Worcester, departing anywhere between 115 & 145am (Tuesday-Saturdays).

Thanks for the outbound. Does anyone have the inbound schedule?

I only posted the westbounds because they're more predictable since eastbounds are rather sporatic.

Again, it's very hard to peg exactly what's gonna show up where. The best places to go would be either Framingham or Worcester for more action anyways.

I was out in Framingham two days ago. Saw 6 GP40-2s and in Wellsley Hills I saw a consist of 7 CSX units, including a Conrail paint and a SD70Ace, pulling three dropwell flatcars going outbound.

Hi,
To help out my good friend, CSX Conductor(pm or call me with what you are up to?) here is a rough schedule of the inbound trains.
Q140 arrives around 4:30 am daily
Q114 arrives around 6:00am daily
Q168 light power arrives around 11:30am Wednesday-Sunday
Q116 arrives around 15:00pm Wednesday-Sunday
L172 arrives Monday around 1:00pm

All times are subject to the whim of the rail gods and acts of nature.

I didn't see the train per say but I live near the tracks and I heard the horn of the incoming train around 4 and I was watching the tracks since 2:45 to 3:30. In the yard around 2:15 there was a SD70ACe 4847, acouple of Sd70MACs but I only caught 4715, ES44DC 5226, and two AC6000CWs. Plus somemore I couldn't catch anything of.
