Are BNSF's GP35s still 567D3As with D32 main generators and D67 traction motors? Or have they been rebuilt/modified?

The BN GP30 / 35's have been rebuilt to Dash 2 standards, however, the Santa Fe GP30 / 35's have been untouched except for paint, in some cases.

I'm not so sure about that...ATSF typically ran their power through extensive rebuilding programs, including updating electricals to "DASH 2" standards. Difference was they did those programs through their own shops, whereas BN used outside contractors like Morrison-Knudsen, etc., hence the letter designations used for rebuilds like "GP39M" which was typically a GP30 or GP35 rebuilt to a 2300 hp unit by the contractor (in that case MK).

The ex-Santa Fe GP30s and GP35s have been completely rebuilt. The GP30s had their horsepower raised to 2500 HP and the GP35s had their multistep transition simplified.
