NYA Sunday dirt

Heard horns at Maspeth Yard on Sunday. Went down to find the crew dropping off empty gondolas and picking up loaded gondolas for a quic ktrip back to Fresh Pond.

Easy guys,

I don't want to have to photoshop the crews out of the photos, or worry about other flying objects along the right of way next time I'm trackside.

That day was hot and humid, working around those trash cars must not be fun even in the dead of winter.

Ah dont worry about it, I think they will be OK. As far as trackside pics, Im known to throw stuff at people, beware of me!

Even FRED has a right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness!

it would be very funny if the Brakeman on the rear was named Fred. Fred acting as a FRED! Sorry... couldnt resist saying that.

maspeth to fresh pond is a short distance. A few minutes by rail i would imagine...
