With the CSX Line OOS in Oneida, how will NYS&W get to Utica?

Seems like they are stuck, not being able to run from Syracuse to Utica.

Looks like the only way is D&H to Albany, then west to Utica......

the 3634 was supposed to goto dansville and 3664 was supposed to goto utica via csx. Last night someone posted that they were in buffalo earlier in the day. Now both came down the river line and are at oak island.
