Hello forum. On Sunday i might be going down into the city with my family. We plan on taking rail from Port Jervis. And we are going to go into hopefully NY Penn and we would have to transfer at Secaucus. Since i have never been there i was wondering is it hard to get from one level of the building to another? Like is everything clearly marked? Any help on this would be great. Thank you.

I was only there once and had no difficulty following the signs. You will arrive at the lowest level and then go up and down, I believe.

You won't have any trouble. You arrive at the bottom level, take an escalator 2 levels up to the concourse level, go through the fare gate (you have to insert your ticket), and down 1 level to the NEC platforms. There are lots of signs and monitors. If you should get disoriented there are lots of staff members around who will help. On your return, you can tell the next train to Secaucus by looking at the departure board. Secaucus trains have SEC next to them.
