double stack frieght on chemical coast

on the way to newark airport yesterday afternoon, saw a double stack frieght going northbound just before exit 12 on the turnpike. i have read this was planned but didnt think it started yet. i assume this came thru. woodbridge and port reading. anyone have info on this ?

The NS has been running one or two stack trains a day via Port Reading Secondary/Chemical Coast Secondary to e-Rail since the Split in 1999.
