I'm aware that the earliest CF-7s were painted in the mostly blue switcher scheme. When did they start painting the CF-7s in the Bluebonnet scheme?

Specifically, how was 2453 (rebuilt from 237C in 6/77) painted while still on the ATSF? Also, is there a decent website with a lot of CF-7 info. and photos, beyond what is in the TRP book?
