CN is acquiring an additional 50 SD70M-2's, going through with their option of purchasing more units following the initial 25-unit order.

KCS has also purchased more units, with 60 new locomotives split between GE and EMD (30 ES44AC's and 30 SD70ACe's) for delivery in late 2006-2007.

I heard a rumor that BNSF would be getting some more EMD's. That's good--I was a little concerned when I looked earlier this year and EMD's order total for 2006 consisted only of 4 units (FEC I believe).
