11th St Station..

Yesterday, on my way back to shops on Train #11 we made our stop at 11th st. I noticed a big FOR SALE sign on it. I'm surprised that South Shore heritage foundation hasn't bought it. Maybe we should all pitch in and buy it lol.

I'd help throw some money in, but I'm moving to Kansas at the end of the summer.

honestly I think that is undervalued, but a buyer would have to be serious about it, considering the historical value.

want my opinion, downtown MC needs a redevelopment
and the SS needs to stay downtown and be a part of it to bring
tourists in.
Right now all the shops are south.
