Are there any rail expantion projects in the works for any Maryland rail lines? I've seen alot of MofW equipment running down the Maryland Midland but haven't been able to find what they have been working on, also I spotted a group of CSX pick ups sitting by a MMID crossing in Westminster any idea what CSX would have to do with MMID other than interchange?
