This isn't an LV item but it pertains to an LV customer. I have a photo of an 0-6-0 which served the State Hospital at Willard. The photo itself is undated. It has a slope-back tender, with the following lettering: STATE OF NEW YORK WILLARD STATE HOSPITAL ENGINE No.4 APRIL 1ST 1925. The builders plate is round, looks to be maybe 10 inches in diameter. It appears in good shape, in steam, lettering clear, striping on the domes, arch bar trucks on the tender.

How long did this engine last in service? The date on the tender would likely be when it was purchased? Any other details?
