This morning's Jersey Journal (05/12) has an "In Our Opinion" editorial that proposes the building of new PATH tunnels.
The editorial starts off discussing the Trans-Hudson Tunnel which would use "the North Branch rail line from Northern Valley communities" (They didn't get that right?) Then goes into a new PATH tunnel.
