I was going to title this thread "I Bought Two PRSL RDC's" but I didn't want to give Tony M. a heart attack.
Actually, I now own 3 PRSL RDC's.... the 1/87 variety that is. While this may actually belong in the Railroad Models forum, I thought I'd post it here in the interest of those who model the PRSL and might be interested in the beautiful RDC's produced by Life-Like / Walthers. These cars are apparently being closed out and can be had at quite a bargain. If you are interested, you can check them out here: http://store.yahoo.com/internethobbies/ ... 8-lbs.html and here: http://store.yahoo.com/internethobbies/ ... 9-lbs.html. I'll be renumbering two of the cars to M-407 and M-410 for all the obvious reasons.
Now all I need to do is get working on that OC to Tuckahoe layout.
Edit 5/23/06: these models are now sold out at the above vendor but a few can still be found if you search. They are excellent models and worth the effort.
