I keep on finding pictures of two rusty E-Units in Roanoke, Virginia. They appear to be intact internally. They have no sides though. They only have the bracing and the grilles. They were originally on the Virginia Museum of Transportation's grounds, but have since moved. They are now in a yard with several old freight cars. I can't find anything about them and am hoping they will be saved and not scrapped like everything else that's historic.

I was at that museum in the summer of 2003. At that time, I was told by one of the museum's employees that they 2 E units would be refurbished but that the museum needed more funds.

Yeah I was there last year when they were still on the museum's grounds.
