Hello everyone, I say the location is the secondary at bliss. Engines to or from LIC passenger yard. Frank and Cindy.

The C Secondary adjacent to Blissville Yard. Most likely the YPD 131 turning the engines.

Thank you all. Blissville Yard. Why the term "C Secondary"?

C Secondary was the track that went from Bliss to LIC on the Lower Montauk. Just west of where Bliss stands is where the Montauk Cut-off secondary trails into Bliss, and farther down is the Dutch Kills drawbridge. So from Bliss you could use the C Secondary to get to LIC, or to get to Harold and/or old Yard A via the Montauk Cut-off secondary. After Bliss closed Jay would block with the Section B dispatcher use of the secondaries and they would give authority to a train by use of a "S Card". After the decision to give the Lower Montauk to the NYAR, the use of the S Card was discontinued, the MCS was abandoned after Cabin M drawbridge and it became NYAR Secondary track 1 and 2 east of Bliss. Not sure what they call C Secondary (just NYAR Secondary?) now but it does get used for the NYA to access their new Wheelspur yard.
