South at Farmingdale 11:02 AM. engineer is pushing the train with the 752 while the conductor sits in the front and blows the horn in 1888

There is a video on Facebook of low-hanging (telephone?) wires at the Okerson Rd crossing getting touched by the train. Nothing major, but those wires are bouncing in the video...

I'm no railroader, but is a conductor qualified to "lead" a train like this from Farmingdale all the way to Lakewood?

How is this any different than riding the head end of a shove.? Answer..it isnt.

They only shoved until they were just outside farmingdale anyways. Then they both got in 1888 and took it to Lakewood.
