FWIW, yesterday afternoon I observed a PCC operating on Route 36. A sign read "Training car no passengers".

Return of PCC's to Route 15 is delayed due to SEPTA not yet having completed training a sufficient number of operators. No start date is announced.

Given recent issues, the systemwide operator safety training blitz is taking priority.

No updates yet, but in the meantime, an issue has cropped up involving the wheelchair lifts, so they've got to get that debugged first now, as well.
