Did see on the Fairport log later that it was indeed a combined C619/C655. Apparently a bunch more on the way this winter.

Apparently 2 people locked themselves to the tracks in Westford near Pleasant St. to block the train-----
Westford Patch---
WESTFORD, MA — A coal train was stopped early Thursday morning in Westford, where local activists gathered to barricade the train as it traveled to refuel Merrimack Station, New England's last coal-fired power plant.

Once CSX consistently gets the speed up on this section of track, maybe these protests will be less of a problem. Did the protesters use a vehicle running on carbon-based fuel to get to Westford?

Possible next move inbound. Past the cam at North East, PA, at 09:23. I don't have a confirmed symbol; train is 3267/277, 95 loads, 3421 as rear DPU.

Once this train passes the Fairport live cam in a few hours, it should get an entry with symbol in the train log there.

One of the posters there indicated it is C616; not bound for Bow, then.

According to CSX Train symbol list at railroadfan.com site, C616 destination would be Lackawanna for transloading to boat to forward to Stelco at Hamilton, ON (which would account for why this train never appeared on the Fairport Train log!). Given the Welland Canal closes for the season on January 7, 2023, I'm curious whether C616's coal will actually make it to Stelco in a week's time.

They may be stockpiling it, as opposed to immediately shipping it? That note is listed on the symbol at that site.

There was also a C501 (KY origin terminal) to Buffalo about 4 hours later, no idea who gets that shipment.
