Wasn't this the same group that was running on the NYGL with a track mobile before the developer took over the land?

They weren't running the NYGL. They were contracted to move the equipment. They did not run day to day operations.

Well if NJ.com has it right, the location is the former NYS&W transload at 83rd St in N. Bergen. However, if you look on Google Street, and rotate the view 180 degrees from the current transload, you see a decent plot of land that has been cleared since Nov 2020 (when it was a mass of trees and bushes) to Oct 2021 (when it is cleared and graveled) so maybe that's the planned loading area?
I wonder where the planned outgoing spoil plies and incoming materials staging area are going to be Should be interesting.
