There was one in Long Island City west of Yard A somewhere in Arch Street if I remember properly after forty years. It was short and we used to weigh one end of the car at a time...

Steve, I could be wrong but I dont think that building was there before 2007 ESA projects starting? 21-16 Jackson Ave is the old freight headquarters on the right( Blue shack lol). A freight consignee told me years back he would walk in there and ask where his cars were for the team yard( tracks in foreground). He told me like 80 people were in there and no one could give an answer :grin:
