I was just running the Upper Charles Rail Trail, along the old Milford Branch of the B&A, and saw this Conrail plaque at Washington St. (Route 16). Anyone know what the numbers mean?

I am pretty sure this is the grade crossing ID number.

Hi
The Conrail plate is the location of the grade crossing at 4.17 miles and also the location within 3/10th of a mile of the East Holliston station, which was located at milepost 4.20 miles from Framingham, Mass.

I have an app on my phone which has a rail map, and lists every crossing in the country. It even has reports from any recorded accident with a pedestrian or motor vehicle.
