While watching the Washington Nationals lose another game to the Houston Astros last evening (Aug. 11th) I noted what appears to be a 4-4-0 on the outfield wall at Minute Maid Park. Additionally, every time the Astros scored (too darn many times!) there seemed to be what sounded like a steam locomotive whistle broadcast over the sound system. Can anyone supply some information on the loco at the park?
