CR on the Southern Secondary

Does anyone know if SA38 made it back through Red Bank last night? My friend in tinton falls never heard him go through town...

I know this is late, but yes the train was through Shrewsbury at 0340 hours Friday morning.

Just got word that CSX 4412 may have replaced 6228...

I can't be the only one hoping this isnt true right?

On the plus side, NS 5277 may have arrived at Oak Island today on NS 18G...

Will SA31 run tomorrow? Seems like there's still lots of damage from the storm. Trees are down on the tracks in Howell and at least one railroad crossing has malfunctioned...

It'll probly run. The SA-31 could go no further than Builders' General in Freehold on Monday due to storm damage, so I suppose we'll see what happens and see how far they get . . .

Just on 5277. It was on NS 18G but unfortunately it got dropped off at another yard on the way to Oak Island.

Fortunately CSX 4452 came back to Oak Island this week so maybe we will see that one again soon. Never really understood why that engine left in the first place. Sure it smokes like a chimney but seems fine otherwise...

Anybody know if SA-31 is running today? If so, where was he last seen?

SA31 has arrived at Woodhaven at 10:00 PM. Crew change should happen once the SA38 crew arrives.

Train has been sitting at Woodhaven for over half an hour. Still no sign of the SA38 crew...

SA38 crew has arrived as of 11 PM.

Late return this week, SA-38 across Sycamore Ave at 0500 hours. At this time of morning, Coast Line dispatcher is going to let them on, but asking "for a good move" to avoid any conflicts with the timetable.
