Nope. I feel bad for everyone that pre-paid. $20 is not a huge loss. I've move on from that but $20 times the number of pre-paids is a tidy sum in someone's pocket.

I've seen many excuses given - needing railroad permission, the changeover to G&W family, etc. The fact is he has the money. and back when I was emailing him, ignores all communications regarding it.

Take him to small claims court. You'll end up losing money but it's the principle.

Just cleaning out my emails and recalled this. Note the June 24 2014 post when Burkholder was quoted saying everything is moving forward now. No such luck.

Just remember this if and when he should ever try to sell another thing.

Come up to the White River Junction Railfans day in September and give him a piece of your mind in person, or shake it out of him lol.

Or do what the kids do. Internet shame him. He is on lots of groups. Reply to his posts and ask him when he will return the money. Follow him around. He post photos on railfan web sites as well.
