When trains reverse from Thorndale to Frazer at the end of the day are the tracks set up signal wise and with the correct current of traffic so that a train can reverse to Frazer on the north track (guessing that might be track 4 based on PRR numbering convention, but I an not certain what is called at that location)? Or do these trains have to run on the south track east of the shop and then reverse back west through the little pocket track into the yard?
I was on board the first westbound that runs after the push/pulls the other day and as we passed Frazer I noticed a prior P/P set, that had already been to Thorndale and was on its DH back to the shop, was waiting to go in the east end after we passed. Trains were late that day due to signal issues near Suburban and I did not know if that was the normal routine or if it was a simple accommodation due to late trains.
