Olympics 2016 time line for NYC Subway

Does anyone think that now with NYC possibly able to get the Olympics in 2016 that the 2nd Ave Subway alogn with the connection from JFK and LGA to the new WTC will be completed? also does anyone thin kthat the 7 line extensio nwil lbe complete alogn with the new Javits Expansion? I thin kthat with 11 yrs beign alogn time and the MTA usually on top of these thigns they can accomplish most if not al lof these projects like the 7 Line extension, 2nd Ave Subway nad the connection

The MTA has no money as it is. They are going to eventually increase the single ride fare again, hopefully not an INSANE 50 cent increase like last time, but who knows.
