Erie now joins La Grange, IIl. and London, ON as a city bereft of locomotive manufacturing.

Today it was announced that GE was going to add 250 workers at it's Ft. Worth,Tx. plant. I guess now we know why.

Thanks the Union, but also Ft Worth is newer, so it is more efficient than Erie. Business cost is less in Texas than Pennsylvania.
